It has been shown to help with a number of nervous-system problems such as anxiety, inability to sleep, irritability, and panic attacks. There have been a number of studies done on lavender oil, and they all show that it does help people in anxiety-inducing situations.
- Chamomile Oil
Better known for calming stomachs as a tea, chamomile essential oils can also help with anxiety. Several medical studies done using chamomile oil capsules found that it can help with worry, irritability, general anxiety and depression. This essential oil can often be found in Earl Grey tea and combined with lavender oils to create a calming blend.
