When will I receive my box?
How much is shipping?
FREE US SHIPPING! $5.95 to Canada per box. For the Rest of the World, shipping is $10.95 per box.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time within your account or by emailing us at email@example.com. Please note, cancelling your subscription does not cancel any pending boxes that are paid.
What payment methods do you accept?
For recurring subscriptions, we accept all major credit cards. Afterpay, PayPal & Gifts Cards are not eligible towards purchases of subscriptions.
How do I customize my box?
When spoilers are released we will send out an email. If it is customizable there will be a link to the customization survey. Be sure you are signed up to receive our emails. If you have opted out, these notifications will not be sent to you. We will also update the subscription page with the customization link.
How many spoilers are released per box?
We will release 1 - 2 spoilers per box before the 10th of the month.
I received the wrong choice. What do I do?
First, be sure you are not choosing any items marked as "out of stock". And when filling out the surveys be sure the shipping name and email address match exactly what's listed in your account. If your info is correct and you have chosen any out of stock items, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can resolve this for you.
How do I earn BC Reward Points?
Earn points by creating an account (100 points), making a purchase (5 points for every $1 you spend), referring a friend (1000 points) and sharing your box on Instagram (500 points).
How do I check my point balance?
Log in to your store account and go to the Use Points Page.
How do I use my BC Points?
Use points to redeem rewards as discount codes. You can apply the discount code on the payment page during checkout.
What can I purchase with my BC Points?
You can use points towards any purchase with the exception of recurring subscriptions.
Why is my rewards account not active?
Be sure you have opted into the rewards program. If you have and your account is still not active it was more than likely suspended for various reasons. Please contact us at email@example.com for more info.
