When will I receive my box?
How much is shipping?
FREE US SHIPPING! $7.95 to Canada per box. For the Rest of the World, shipping is $12.95 per box.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time within your account or by emailing us at help@bombayancedar.com. Please note, cancelling your subscription does not cancel any pending boxes that are paid.
What payment methods do you accept?
For recurring subscriptions, we accept all major credit cards. Afterpay, PayPal & Gifts Cards are not eligible towards purchases of subscriptions.

How do I customize my box?
Customization is unavailable at this time.
How many spoilers are released per box?
Spoilers have been paused until we catch up on shipping.
I received the wrong choice. What do I do?
First, be sure you are not choosing any items marked as "out of stock". And when filling out the surveys be sure the shipping name and email address match exactly what's listed in your account. If your info is correct and you have chosen any out of stock items, please reach out to us at help@bombayandcedar.com and we can resolve this for you.

How do I earn BC Rewards?
Earn store credit by creating an account ($5), making your first purchase ($10), making a purchase ($3 for every $50 you spend), referring a friend ($10) and sharing your box on Instagram ($5).
How do I check my rewards balance?
Log in to your store account and navigate to the rewards page here.
How do I use my credit?
At check out copy and paste your credit code into the 'Gift Card or Discount Code' section. Your credit will be applied to your order.
What can I purchase with my credit?
You can use points towards any purchase on bombayandcedar.com.
Where is my previous rewards account?
We have revamped our reward program so you are able to earn store credit rather than dealing with redeeming points. Your previous BC point balance has been converted as store credit in your new loyalty account.
