REFUND POLICY


How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription within your account at any time. Canceling your subscription does not affect any pending boxes that have already been paid for. Your cancellation will go into effect your next upcoming renewal. There is no fee to cancel.


Cancellation of a prepaid subscription will not auto-renew once term has expired but shipping of paid boxes will continue.

Damages

If your product(s) or box arrives damaged, please you contact us at hello@bombayandcedar.com within 48 hours of receipt. Damages do require photos for verification and in some cases we will require a full return before a refund is processed. Do not throw away any damaged goods before we are able to resolve the issue. If this happens, your order will no longer be eligible for a refund, replacement or store credit.


Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you are welcome to return your product(s). This policy excludes one time gift boxes, mystery boxes and subscription boxes which are ineligible for a return unless the products/box have arrived damaged. You must email us at hello@bombayandcedar.com within 48 hours of receipt to confirm return and the products must be returned within 10 days of this confirmation. Do not ship back any products before notifying us. Will will inspect your return upon receipt and will apply a store credit for a future purchase. For damaged goods, you will have an option of refund, replacement or store credit.
