Market Order Shipping
Most orders leave our warehouse within 2 - 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive tracking info once shipped via email. During COVID-19 we're seeing more carrier delays than usual, so we'd advise you to give yourself a bit of buffer time if you need an item or a gift to arrive by a certain date.
Subscription Box Shipping
Monthly Beauty Box - Ships between the 15th - 20th of the month.
Monthly Lifestyle Box - Ships between the 20th - 25th of the month.
Seasonal Lifestyle Box - Ships every three months in Dec/Jan, Mar/Apr, Jun/Jul, Sep/Oct.
One Time Gift Box Shipping
Our one time gift box shipments follow the same schedule as our Subscription box shipping as follows:
Monthly Beauty Box - Ships between the 15th - 20th of the month.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.Â
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at help@bombayandcedar.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
